KNOWLEDGE LEARNING CORPORATION® UNVEILS CHAMPIONS® BRAND

(Littleton, CO) – April 1, 2009 – Today, Knowledge Learning Corporation®, announced its KLC School Partnerships® division, will rebrand to Champions®. Under the new brand, Champions®, which offers before and afterschool, academic intervention and science enrichment programs, will be able to more effectively communicate its broad range of education solutions available to school districts nationwide.

“Our robust portfolio of academic enrichment offerings provides a wide range of solutions to help school districts meet their education goals,” said Shelley Lambert, Vice President of Operations.  “Under KLC School Partnerships®, name recognition across our programs wasn’t resonating well with our clients. Our new streamlined brand identity will help communicate our commitment to developing academic ‘champions’ through high-quality curriculum that empowers our students to become successful by exploring new opportunities and new ways of learning every day.”

Hello World.

"Hello World"
Image by Mark Emery Photography via Flickr

My name is Pete Cassidy, and I oversee the online tutoring program here at Champions (i.e. KLC School Partnerships). I have a long background in the eLearning industry, and I am personally fascinated with finding new and creative ways in which we can offer information and knowledge to kids and adults alike.

Although not everyone who will read this post is likely to recognize the statement in the title, those of us who have watched technology grow and evolve over the years will likely hold a special place in our memory banks for the phrase. You see, “Hello World” is often the first output that people new to a programming language have their first program output. Hello World is phrase that carries with it infinite possibilities for the future, and thus it is almost always the title of my first post in a new blog space.

The newness of this blog space goes hand-in-hand with the newness of our online tutoring program, which has just finished it’s first officially launched program in Buena Vista Michigan. The first program was a great success; our “Hello World” has been outputted, and we are excited get more kids engaged with in this exciting and interactive online math tutoring solution.

If you have questions about any of this, let us know here in the comments space, or fill out our inquiry form.
